Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or US Holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay.  in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

All orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will include your tracking number(s).

 

Shipping & Delivery 

For a limited time, we are offering FREE shipping on ALL orders. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail. Please ensure that your mailing address is correct when you place your order. DPieces is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. *Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Damages

DPieces is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier (USPS) to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. 

 

We are unable to process any returns, refunds, and/or exchanges.
